House of Parliament chooses Presurf

In the House of Representatives’ selection procedure, Capsis has been selected as a supplier for the archiving of a number of House of Representatives websites. It seems that Presurf’s price/quality ratio was the deciding factor. As a governmental body, the House of Representatives is also obliged to archive all publications, including internet sites, in the scope of the 1995 Public Records Act. Presurf enables the House of Representatives to comply with this. The permanence of the archive was an important reason for selection.

The House of Representatives will keep up-to-date all the modifications on its websites. To this end, both object-oriented and event-oriented archiving are used. This combination provides optimum traceability and security in the archiving of all the items on the websites.
